Originally brought on to support Fox Racing within Revelyst, the initiative evolved into a reusable multi-brand design system. At the time, each brand operated on its own legacy Salesforce Commerce Cloud codebase with inconsistent UI patterns and duplicated development.

I led the creation of a global system designed to support 20+ ecommerce instances worldwide, unifying the experience while allowing each brand to maintain its identity. The framework ultimately became the standard foundation for existing and newly integrated brands across the portfolio.
